Support and Maintenance
Because we care about your business
Ongoing support and maintenance is something that ENSTOR recognises as being critical to any business.
In the same way that a backup and recovery solution is an insurance policy for your business, so should quality support and maintenance be seen as another type of insurance policy.
Data Engines | ENSTOR has been offering customer support policies since it was founded on the following principles:
- We believe in the quality and the reliability of what we deliver, and we stand by that in our support.
- When multiple vendor products (hardware, software, or both) are deployed, an understanding of all the products deployed is required to be able to reliably provide advise and support.
- Our support staff are backed by field consultants with years of experience in the products they support. (Indeed, the percentage of support cases that are escalated to vendors is quite low.)
- A quality solution is more important than a quick call closure.
Data Engines | ENSTOR provides support and maintenance contracts to customers all over Australia, regardless of location. With customers in such diverse locations as Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, far north Queensland, Darwin, the Western Australian countryside and regional areas in many states, Data Engines | ENSTOR is well versed in providing both on-site and off-site support.
In addition to traditional support services, Data Engines | ENSTOR offers system management packages to provide both temporary and permanent assistance during technical administrative staff shortages.
